I did not read all posts in the forum. But only some.
It sounds like many people want to learn Khmer language.
I am not sure if there is website for learning khmer on net.

If you wish, I could install one website for you all. It must be a khmer e-leaning website.

The concept is e-Larning. or apprentissage en ligne .

The website acts as teacher will help people to learn khmer language.

I cud help by installing the template of the site. But what we need the most is the content of the website. I mean the lessons.
