Et au fait c'est assez curieux :
Je suis passé à cet endroit (j'ai encore 2-3 autres photos mais :quoi: pas le temps de chercher) et ça m'a fait toute chose ... je ne sais pas trop comment dire ... et voilà-t-il qu'au dîner à La Mousson je rencontre Meas Pech Métral, dont le livre ... dès les premières pages ... parle de Pursat. :whaou:

Et ce soir mon cher Seun nmott en parle aussi !

Que signifie pour vous tous alors Pursat ?
Qu'est-ce qu'il y a derrière le nom de cette ville ???

Pursat est une province qui se trouve entre battambang et Kampong chnang, sud du tonlé sap.

Une région riche en Ttmor Keo. Thmor= pirre, Keo= verre.

Thmor keo = stone carving (comme sur l'enseigne)
Ce resto a pris ce nom pour se valoriser.
Voir cette photo joint, ce qu'on peut faire à partir de thmoo keo.

C'est notre copain chinois Zou Da Guan qui avait vendu la mèche
